Our guarantees

Four guarantees, in writing, before you pay anything.

We guarantee the date we give you, that everything in the scope works, that your marketing metrics move in the first 30 days, and that an automation we build does the job it was built for. Each one has the remedy printed beside it. No long contract, and nothing here waits for a qualifying period.

Four promises. Terms printed beside each one.

No fine print you find afterwards. This is exactly what we stand behind, what keeps you covered, and what happens if we miss.

Guarantee 01

The date we give you

We agree a delivery date in writing before any work starts. If we miss it for a reason that is ours, you stop paying for the wait.

What it covers
Every fixed-price project: websites, stores, landing pages and automation builds.
The window
The delivery date set in the proposal, with the stage dates inside it.
To stay covered
Give us the access, content and approvals the scope asks for, on the dates it names.
If we miss it
The fee drops by 10% for every week we are late, until it reaches zero.
Guarantee 02

The scope, finished

Every deliverable in the written scope works as described on the day we hand over. If one does not, we keep working until it does, at no extra charge.

What it covers
Every engagement. The scope lists what is included and what is not, so there is a document to check it against.
The window
From the day we hand over, and for 30 days after it, while you use the thing properly for the first time.
To stay covered
Tell us what is wrong. That is the whole requirement.
If we miss it
We fix it at our cost. No change fee, no revised quote, no argument about whether it was in the scope.
Guarantee 03

Movement in the first 30 days

On marketing work, the metrics we agree in week one move in your favor inside the first 30 days. If they do not, that month costs you nothing and we keep working.

What it covers
SEO, Google Ads and paid social, measured against the target list and the metrics you approve before the campaign starts.
The window
The first 30 days from the day the campaign goes live, not from the day you signed.
To stay covered
Approve the target list and the creative when we send them, and leave the changes we make in place.
If we miss it
That month's management fee is refunded in full, and the work continues at no charge into the next month.
Guarantee 04

The automation does the job

An automation we build does the job the scope describes, in your live business, or you do not pay for it.

What it covers
Assistants, lead handling, document and data automation, and the workflows between your tools.
The window
The first 30 days of it running on real work, not on a demo.
To stay covered
Let it run on the real volume, and tell us what it got wrong so we can see it.
If we miss it
We rebuild it, or we refund the build fee in full and remove it. Your call, not ours.

And no long-term contract. Month to month, on everything.

Can results be guaranteed? Yes, if you guarantee the right thing.

Nobody controls Google, and Google says so itself. So we do not sell you a position, because selling something we do not own is how this industry earned its reputation. We put up what we do own: our own time, our own fee, a date we set ourselves, and a target list you approve before a dollar moves. Each of those is checkable on a day you can mark in a calendar, which is the only kind of promise worth having.

The risk moves from your side to ours.

The guarantees you will be offered elsewhere.

Four of them are common. It is worth knowing which way the risk points in each one.

We only guarantee what we have already looked at.

Before anything is guaranteed, we spend half an hour inside your market. This is what happens in it.

1

We search it live

Your service, in your towns, the way a customer would actually type it.

2

We read who holds the top

How strong those pages are, and what it would take to pass them.

3

We tell you what is reachable

Plainly, including the targets that are not, and why.

4

You approve the list

Written down before you pay anything. That list is what the guarantee covers.

5

The clock starts

From the day the work goes live, not the day you signed.

If we think a target is out of reach, we say so on the call instead of taking the money and explaining it in month six. That conversation costs us work sometimes. It has never cost us a client.

Been promised results before? Check any guarantee for these.

Six things that show up before you sign. Use them on anyone, including us.

“Guaranteed number one”

Nobody controls Google, and Google says so itself. A promise of the top spot is a sales line with nothing behind it. Ask which search, and ask who is sitting on it today.

No written target list

If nothing is agreed up front, there is nothing to measure the promise against later. The list should exist before you pay, not after.

The guarantee needs a long contract

If you have to sign for twelve months to be covered, the term is protecting the agency, not you. Ask what happens in month two.

Terms you only see after signing

Read them before you pay. Ours are on this page, printed beside each promise, which is where they belong.

A refund you can only claim at the end

By month twelve you have paid for the year. Look for a check in the first weeks instead.

Targets nobody actually searches for

Page one for a search with no buyers behind it is worth nothing. Ask how close each target sits to a real sale.

We do not take every client. On purpose.

We cap how many of these we carry at once, because a guarantee only means something if we can keep it. So we check the fit before anything else.

A good fit if

  • You have a business that already works and you want more of it
  • You can handle more inquiries than you get today
  • You can give us access, content and answers inside a week
  • You want one agency accountable for the whole path, not four

Not a fit if

  • You want a position in Google promised rather than earned
  • You are choosing on price alone and nothing else
  • You need the result this month, from a standing start
  • You cannot take on any more work right now

Questions owners ask before they sign

Including the two most agencies would rather you did not ask.

Does Aniverx guarantee results?

Yes, on the things that can honestly be guaranteed, and the terms are printed beside each one. We guarantee the delivery date we set, that every deliverable in the written scope works, that your agreed marketing metrics move inside the first 30 days, and that an automation we build does the job it was scoped to do. Each one has a remedy attached: a reduced fee, free work until it is right, a refunded month, or the build fee back.

Can SEO results really be guaranteed?

A position cannot, by anyone. Google decides rankings and nobody has control of that. What can be guaranteed is everything on our side of it: the targets we agree are reachable before you pay, the work going in, the metrics moving in the first month, and our own fee as the forfeit if they do not. That is a guarantee you can hold us to on a date, which a promise of position one never is.

What do I have to do to stay covered?

Very little, and it is listed beside each guarantee. Give us the access, content and approvals the scope asks for on the dates it names, approve the target list and creative when we send them, and leave the changes we make in place. If something on your side slips, we tell you at the time rather than producing it as an excuse later.

Do I have to sign a long contract to be covered?

No. Retainers run an initial three months, because nothing can be judged in less than that, and then month to month. The guarantees apply from day one rather than after a qualifying period, and they do not depend on you staying.

What if you decide a target is not reachable?

Then we say so on the call, before you pay anything, and it does not go on the guaranteed list. We would rather tell you a target is out of reach in month one than take the money and explain it in month six. Everything we do guarantee is something we have looked at in your own market first.

Who owns the website, accounts and data?

You do, from the start rather than at the end. Hosting, domains, advertising accounts, analytics and the code are registered in your name, and the handover includes a recorded walkthrough and documentation. Nothing here is built to make leaving difficult.

Find out what we would guarantee you.

Half an hour, in your market, live. You leave knowing which targets are reachable and what we would put in writing, whether or not you end up working with us.
