Most businesses lose the lead between the click and the call.

We build the system that carries it the rest of the way: website, marketing, e‑commerce, AI and automation, working as one.

Four companies. Nobody owns the space between them.

One built the site

It looks right. It has a form on it.

Another runs the ads

Clicks arrive. The report says so.

A third set up the CRM

Half-configured. Nobody opens it.

Nobody follows up

Two days pass. They book elsewhere.

Everyone did their part properly. The lead still died in between.

Aniverx takes the whole path as its job.

Four areas. One system.

We work across all four because none of them hold up alone. A website with no traffic is a leaflet. Traffic with no follow‑up is a cost.

Four of nineteen. Each card opens the full write-up: what the business was struggling with, what we built, and what is different now.

All nineteen case studies

How we work

Step 1

Understand

What the business needs to achieve, before any tool is named.

Step 2

Plan

What gets built, marketed, connected or automated, and what doesn't.

Step 3

Build

The pieces, and the connections between them.

Step 4

Launch

Live, measured, and handed over properly.

Step 5

Optimize

Ongoing improvement where it's worth the effort.

We put our own fee behind the work.

Four guarantees go into every proposal, each with the remedy printed beside it. Miss your delivery date and our fee starts falling. Leave anything in the scope unfinished and we keep working for nothing. Fail to move your marketing numbers in the first month and that month is free. Build an automation that does not do its job and you get the money back.

The date, or the fee drops

A delivery date agreed in writing before anything starts. Miss it for a reason that is ours and the fee falls by 10% a week.

Your first 30 days, or they are free

The marketing metrics we agree in week one move inside the first month, or that month is refunded and we carry on working.

Only what we know is reachable

We look at your market live before anything is guaranteed, and we say plainly which targets are out of reach. No promises about a Google position, because nobody owns that.

Read the four guarantees, or what it costs before you ask.

Questions we get asked

The short answers. Longer ones are on the pages they belong to.

What does Aniverx do?

Aniverx is a digital growth and AI systems company. It connects four areas that usually sit with four different agencies, namely websites, marketing, e-commerce, and AI and automation, into one system built around what a business is trying to achieve. The company is registered in Connecticut, United States, and was founded in 2023.

What size of business does Aniverx work with?

Businesses under about a hundred people, in any industry. Typically service companies where an inquiry turns into a conversation and then a job, online stores that already sell, and growing teams whose tools have stopped talking to each other.

Do I need to know which service I need before getting in touch?

No. You describe what you are trying to achieve, or what is not working, and Aniverx works out whether the answer is a website change, marketing, an automation, or something smaller than all three. Deciding that is the job, not the customer's homework.

Does Aniverx guarantee results?

Yes, on the things that can honestly be guaranteed, with the terms printed beside each one. Aniverx guarantees the delivery date it sets, that every deliverable in the written scope works, that agreed marketing metrics move inside the first 30 days, and that an automation does the job it was scoped to do. Each carries a remedy: a reduced fee, free work until it is right, a refunded month, or the build fee back. What is not guaranteed is a specific position in Google or a return on ad spend, because nobody controls a search engine or an auction.

What does Aniverx actually commit to?

A written scope listing what is and is not included, one fixed price for it, a delivery date with stage dates inside it, one named person accountable, and four written guarantees with the remedy printed beside each. Every account, domain and line of code is registered in the client's own name from the start, and retainers run three months and then month to month.

How much does Aniverx charge?

Websites and online stores start at $900, marketing at $1,500 a month, and AI automation at $900 per workflow. Every project is quoted as one fixed price against a written scope before work begins, and that figure is the one invoiced. Strategy, revisions inside the scope, training, documentation, handover and 30 days of post-launch fixes are included rather than billed separately. Advertising spend is paid to the platform directly, from an account in the client's name.

Where is Aniverx based?

Aniverx LLC is registered in the State of Connecticut, United States, and works with businesses wherever they are. It can be reached at hello@aniverx.com or on +92 310 4841746.

Tell us what you're building.

You bring the business goal. We work out the website, marketing, AI and automation behind it.

Winning a trade job before the estimator arrives

ClientPeacock Painting

Project overview

A family-owned painting contractor working across the Seattle Eastside and the wider county. Inquiries come from local search, and the decision is made on trust long before anyone talks about price.

The problem they came with

  • The real objections are never about paintHow many people will be in my house, how long will it take, what happens to my furniture, are you insured, what if it goes wrong. A site that lists services and asks for a phone number answers none of them.
  • Local search is the whole funnelPeople search for a painter in their own town. Being a regional company is no help if the page does not speak about the specific place somebody is typing.
  • Proof that had to be seen, not claimedPainting is judged by eye. Any amount of writing about quality is worth less than one before-and-after photograph of a room like theirs.

What we built

  • The objections answered in the openCrew size, timelines, furniture protection, warranty terms and licensing are written on the site, not held back for the estimator to handle.
  • Built for the towns, not the regionEach service is covered for the places the company actually works, so a search in one of those towns finds a page about that town rather than a county-wide page.
  • Before and after, by job typeInterior, exterior and cabinet work each have their own visible evidence, so a visitor sees the kind of job they are about to ask for.

The results

  • The questions that used to take the first ten minutes of an estimate are answered before the visit.
  • Quote requests arrive saying which job it is, so the estimate can be prepared rather than discovered.
  • The company is findable in the individual towns it serves, not only as a regional name.
  • A homeowner can see work of their own job type before they decide to make contact.

In short

The site does the reassuring, so the estimator arrives at a conversation about the work rather than a conversation about whether to trust the company.

Ten thousand wines, six languages, and rules that change at every border

Aniverx
IndustryWine and spirits, worldwide
ServiceE-commerce and paid social
ClientPortugal Vineyards

Project overview

An online store for Portuguese wines, spirits and gourmet goods, selling internationally from Porto. The catalog runs past ten thousand products, most of them from producers an overseas buyer has never heard of, and alcohol is one of the most tightly governed categories there is to advertise.

The problem they came with

  • The buyer cannot recognize a single namePortuguese producers are not familiar outside Portugal. Without something to judge by, a buyer faced with ten thousand bottles does not choose carefully. They leave.
  • Alcohol advertising is governed by territoryAge restrictions, permitted claims and whether the category can be advertised at all vary country by country. Running one campaign everywhere is how an account gets shut down.
  • Price and language decide the sale quietlyA buyer who has to convert the currency in their head, or read about wine in a second language, abandons the basket without ever saying why.

What we built

  • Let the critics do the recommendingScores, medals and awards are surfaced on the products and made browsable, so a buyer with no knowledge of the producer still has a way to choose.
  • The store meets the buyer where they areSix languages and more than a dozen currencies, so the price someone sees is the price they understand without arithmetic.
  • Campaigns scoped per marketAdvertising is run inside each territory's alcohol rules and age requirements rather than as one global campaign that breaks in half of them.

The results

  • A buyer who knows no Portuguese producers can still narrow ten thousand wines down to a shortlist.
  • Prices are shown in the buyer's own currency, in their own language, before they reach the basket.
  • Advertising runs within each market's alcohol rules rather than risking the account on one global campaign.
  • The catalog itself does the merchandising, so the ads can show wines a visitor has already shown interest in.

In short

In a catalog this size, the work is not persuasion. It is giving a stranger a way to choose, and keeping the advertising legal in every country it runs in.

Multilingual AI receptionist

Client

Project overview

A business with customers in several countries was losing inquiries to time zones and to language. Aniverx deployed a receptionist that answers whenever an inquiry arrives, in the language it arrives in, and turns the conversation into a booking and a record rather than a message in a queue.

The problem they came with

  • Inquiries arriving out of hoursA global audience does not share your working day. Messages sent overnight waited until morning, by which point the sender had often found somebody else.
  • A language barrier at the front doorStaffing a genuinely multilingual desk is expensive. The alternative, answering in English and hoping, loses people at the first message.
  • Inquiries that went nowhereEven the ones that were answered often did not become anything, because there was no reliable step between the first reply and the sales team.

What we built

  • It replies in the inquirer's languageThe conversation happens in the language the customer started in, rather than being pulled into one the business happens to speak.
  • It books, rather than promising toWhere an appointment is the right next step, it is made during that first conversation instead of after three messages back and forth.
  • Every inquiry is recordedEach conversation is written down in full, so nothing depends on somebody remembering to pass it on.

The results

  • Inquiries get a reply at the moment they are sent, including overnight and at weekends.
  • The first reply is in the customer's own language, so the conversation does not stall at hello.
  • Appointments are booked inside that first conversation rather than after a chain of messages.
  • Nothing is lost between the first message and the sales team. Every inquiry is on record.

In short

The front desk stopped being limited by office hours and by which languages happened to be on staff that week.

A signed-off design, built so the firm can grow it themselves

Aniverx
IndustryLegal, Maryland
ServiceWebsite build
ClientLaw Offices of Alex Poberesky

Project overview

A personal injury and criminal defense firm serving Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC. The design was finished and approved before the build began, and the real requirement was everything that happens after launch: new practice areas, new towns, new articles, all without a developer.

The problem they came with

  • The design was already signed offAn approved design is a promise. Building something that is nearly it is how a client ends up disappointed by a site that is technically finished.
  • The page count only growsPractice areas multiplied by locations is not a fixed number. Hand-building each page would have meant the firm paying a developer every time it wanted to be found somewhere new.
  • One action, from any pageA visitor arriving on a page about one accident type, in one town, at eleven at night, needs the same single obvious next step as everybody else.

What we built

  • Built to the design, not near itThe approved design was built faithfully, so what was signed off is what went live.
  • Templates rather than pagesPractice areas, locations and articles run on templates. The firm fills in the content and the page comes out consistent with the rest of the site.
  • The free case review, everywhereEvery page ends in the same action, so no visitor has to go looking for how to start.

The results

  • The site that went live is the design that was approved.
  • The firm adds practice areas, locations and articles itself, without a developer and without the layout drifting.
  • Every new page is consistent with the ones already there, however many get added.
  • Any page a visitor lands on offers the same single next step.

In short

The build was the easy half. What was really delivered is a site the firm can keep growing for years without coming back for permission.
