Legal / Terms of service
The rules for using this site, and the terms that sit behind any work we do together.

By using aniverx.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with how it works, or use it in a way that damages it or affects anyone else's use of it.
The content on this site describes what we do. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver anything at a particular price or on a particular date.
Nothing becomes binding until we have agreed the scope of a piece of work in writing and both sides have accepted it.
We give written guarantees covering our delivery date, the deliverables in an agreed scope, movement in agreed marketing metrics inside the first 30 days, and an automation performing the job it was scoped to do. The terms, the eligibility conditions and the remedy for each are published on our guarantees page and are repeated in the agreement for the work.
Those guarantees apply to the work and to our own fee. They are not a promise of any particular search engine position, revenue, lead volume, conversion rate or return on advertising spend. Search engines and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties, and nobody can guarantee an outcome that a third party decides.
A guarantee applies only to targets we have assessed and confirmed in writing as reachable before the work begins, and only while the client meets the conditions listed beside that guarantee.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Where a project is staged, payment terms are set out in the agreement for that project.
The figures published on our pricing page are starting prices, not quotations. A project is quoted as one fixed price against a written scope, and that figure does not change unless the scope changes and the change is agreed in advance.
Where work involves third-party platforms, those platforms are governed by their own terms and their own pricing, which can change without reference to us. We are not responsible for a third party changing, restricting or discontinuing their service, though we will help you respond to it.
We maintain this site carefully but provide it without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for decisions taken purely on the basis of what it says.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of this website is limited to one hundred United States dollars.
Liability for work we carry out under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this page. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to cover us against claims arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
We may restrict access to the site, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe it is being misused.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, and any dispute is subject to the courts of that state.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
