Pricing

One price for the whole job, not a meter running.

You get a written scope and one fixed price for it before anything starts, and that figure is the one on the invoice. The strategy, the revisions, the training, the handover and the first month after launch are inside it. Websites start at $900 and monthly work at $1,500.

Most of what you would be charged extra for is already in the price.

The common way to run this is to quote a low number and bill the rest as it comes up: the strategy session, the extra revision, the training call, the report, the small change in month two. It reads well on the first invoice and badly on the fifth. We would rather scope the whole thing honestly, give you one number, and absorb the small things that come up along the way, because that is what working with someone is supposed to feel like.

One number, agreed up front, and we stand behind it.

Included, at no extra charge.

Not a feature list. These are the things other agencies invoice for separately, and we have decided not to.

Before anything is quoted

You get all of this whether or not you hire us.

  • A call where we look at your market live, not a sales pitch
  • What we would do about it, said out loud, in plain language
  • A written scope listing what is included and what is not
  • One fixed price for the whole of it, not a rate per hour
  • An honest answer when the job is smaller than you thought

While we are building

None of this appears as a line item later.

  • The strategy and the structure, which is most of the real work
  • Revisions inside the scope, as many as it takes to get it right
  • The writing, where we agreed we are doing the writing
  • The phone layout designed on purpose, not squeezed down from desktop
  • Speed, search foundations and accessibility, built in rather than sold on
  • Analytics, conversion tracking and consent, set up properly
  • Calls, emails and project updates. We do not bill for talking to you

At handover

The job is not finished without these, so they are never an upsell.

  • A recorded walkthrough of how everything works
  • Documentation of how it is put together
  • A training session for whoever has to run it
  • Every account, domain and login registered in your own name
  • The code and the data, yours to take anywhere

After you are live

The part most agencies start charging for on day 31.

  • 30 days of fixes after launch, at no charge
  • Anything in the scope that does not work, corrected at our cost
  • Monthly reporting on retainers, with a person walking you through it
  • Small text and image changes on a retainer, without a ticket
  • Our guarantees, which apply from day one

Three things that will never be on an invoice from us.

Worth saying out loud, because every one of them is billed somewhere.

Our own mistakes

If something we built is wrong, fixing it is not work you pay for. That should not need saying, and in this industry it does.

Talking to us

Calls, emails, questions, a second opinion on something a developer told you. None of it is metered, and none of it turns up on an invoice.

Getting to your own things

Your hosting, your domain, your ad accounts, your analytics, your data. Yours from the first day, handed over without a fee and without a conversation.

Where it starts

Three figures, so you can tell in about ten seconds whether we are in your range. The real number comes from a written scope, and it does not move after that.

Websites and online stores from $900

A business website starts here. Stores and larger sites are quoted on what they have to do.

Marketing from $1,500/mo

Search, paid and content run as one system, with the ad spend paid to the platform rather than to us.

AI and automation from $900

Per workflow to start. Assistants and lead handling are quoted on the job they take over.

In US dollars. Advertising spend, platform subscriptions and third-party software are paid at cost or directly by you, and never marked up.

What moves the number.

Three things, and you can influence all of them.

How much has to be decided

A clear brief is cheaper than a blank page. If the structure, the message and the content are already settled, the build is the only work left. If they are not, deciding them is the work, and it is the part that takes the time.

What it has to connect to

A form that sends you an email is simple. A form that writes into your CRM, books a slot, records consent and starts a follow-up is four systems agreeing with each other. That connection is usually where the value is, and it is also where the hours are.

How much already exists

Working photography, copy you are happy with, a platform that is staying, an ad account with history in it. Each one takes work off the quote, and we will tell you what is worth keeping rather than rebuilding it to pad a number.

And the price comes with something behind it.

A fixed price is only half of a fair deal. The other half is what happens if we miss: the date, the scope, the first month of marketing and the automation all carry a written guarantee, with the remedy printed beside each one.

Read the four guarantees and the terms on each.

Questions about price

Direct answers, including the ones that cost us work.

How much does a business website cost?

Business websites start at $900. What moves it is how much has to be decided from scratch, how many pages genuinely need to exist, and what the site has to connect to. You get one fixed price for the whole project against a written scope, before any work begins, and the figure in the proposal is the figure on the invoice.

What does monthly marketing cost?

Marketing starts at $1,500 a month for search, paid and content run as one system. Advertising spend is separate and is paid directly to Google, Meta or TikTok from an account in your own name, so you see every dollar and you keep the account if you ever leave.

Is the strategy work charged separately?

No. The thinking is the job, not an add-on to it. The call, the market look, the structure, the scope and the plan are all inside the price, and you keep what comes out of the first call whether or not you go ahead.

Do you charge for revisions?

Not inside the agreed scope. We keep going until it is right, because a deliverable that is nearly right is not finished. Work genuinely outside the scope is quoted and approved before it starts, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Projects are one scope, one price, one date, with nothing ongoing attached. Retainers run an initial three months, because less than that tells nobody anything, and then continue month to month.

What if my budget is smaller than this?

Say so anyway. Sometimes the honest answer is a two-hour fix, or a change to the page you already have rather than a new one. We would rather tell you that than quote you something you do not need.

Tell us what you need and we will price the whole thing.

Describe what you are trying to achieve. What comes back is a written scope, one fixed price for it, a date, and the guarantees that sit behind all three.
