This website is operated by Aniverx LLC, a company registered in the State of Connecticut, United States. Where this policy says we or us, it means Aniverx LLC.
You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@aniverx.com.
If you send an inquiry through the form on this site, we collect what you type into it:
If you accept cookies, we also collect ordinary technical information about your visit: which pages you looked at, roughly where in the world you are, which browser and device you used, and how you arrived at the site.
Nothing in this second group is collected until you accept. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics or advertising cookies are set.
For visitors in the UK, EU and other regions with similar law, we rely on:
Where you have accepted, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure advertising. These set cookies in your browser and share information with those providers, who act as independent controllers of the data they receive.
We have IP anonymization turned on in Google Analytics. Neither tool is loaded at all unless you accept.
Our cookie policy lists exactly what is set and how to change your choice.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with:
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and elsewhere. Where information moves out of the UK or EEA, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, including standard contractual clauses where they apply.
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
Email hello@aniverx.com and we will deal with it. If you are in the UK or EU and are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
We use encrypted connections, limit who on our team can see inquiry data, and review access periodically. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects you.
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be made obvious on the site rather than buried here.
