Video clipping and distribution pipeline

A media operation was making long-form content well and getting very little short-form out of it, because every step between the two needed a person. Aniverx built the chain as one flow, from new video to ready-to-publish.

The problem they came with.

What was actually going wrong, before anything was built.

A person at every link

Cut, caption, write, schedule, send. Each step waited on somebody, so the whole chain moved at the speed of the busiest week.

Short-form left on the table

The long-form content was already made and paid for. The clips that would have carried it further often simply never got cut.

Output that varied with whoever did it

What did get published depended on who had the time and how much of it they had.

What we built.

Described by what it does for the business. How it is put together is a conversation we are happy to have, but it is not what this page is for.

It starts itself

New content is picked up as it appears rather than waiting to be remembered.

Clips and copy arrive together

Each video is cut into short-form and the marketing copy is drafted in the same run, so nothing waits on the next person.

It stops where judgment starts

The team receives clips and copy ready to review. Publishing stays a decision rather than becoming an afternoon.

The results

What is different about the way this business runs now.

The content was always there. What changed is that getting it out no longer competes with making it.
